The English Language paper number 1, which is the Essay, is a paper which is worth 120 Marks from the Waec board.
This section is also divided into
SECTION A: which is known as the ESSAY
This paper comprises of 5 QUESTIONS in which you will be asked to answer just one (1) out of the five (5) question..
Question A is worth 50Marks.
The SECTION B:
which is the COMPREHENSION. This part comprises of two comprehension passage, you will be asked to answer questions on both passages.
The 2 questions from this section is worth 40 marks.
The SECTION C:
SUMMARY:
This part of the english Language one test how good candidates are in summarizing.
However, this section is worth a total of 30 Marks.
The english language two (2) which is also known as the Objective Test (OBJ ) comprisesof a hundred (100) question, worth 100 marks.
This Part is divided into
SECTION 1,
SECTION 2,
SECTION 3,
SECTION 4,
SECTION 5,
SECTION 6.

The english language (two) 2 paper test the students ability in words.
Which are most nearly opposite in meaning,
word that best complete sentences,
interpretation,
Words nearest in meaning and Registers.
The English Language three (3) paper, which is also known as

                                          TEST OF ORALS (OBJECTIVE)
which comprises of 60 questions worth 60 marks.
This is divided into 7 Sections.

Section 1:
This section comprises of Questions from the Same Vowels sound,

SECTION 2:
This section is same consonant sound(s).
SECTION 3:
This section consists of Rhymes,
SECTION 4:
This section consists of Main/Primary Stress.
SECTION 5:
This Section Consists Of Different Stress Pattern.
SECTION 6:
This Section Consists Of Emphatic Stress.
SECTION 7:
This Section Consist Of Sound represented by given phonetic Symbol.
