Proffessor Cyprian Onyeji, the present Vice Chancellor of Enugu State University of
Technology was kidnapped early this week.
The report reaching us now is that the kidnappers has made it known to his family that they needed a ransom of N200m to set him free.
According to The Punch newspaper, the kidnappers made telephone contacts with Onyeji’s family and made the ransom demand Thursday but the person who received the call could not be ascertained.
