The final enrolment and clearance for all newly admitted (UTME & DE) undergraduate students
for 2012/2013 academic session will commence on Monday 15th October, 2012.
All screened students are expected to submit Two (2) copies of the under listed documents
downloaded from the University’s official website www.unilag.edu.ng.
1. Completed and duly signed Students’ Information Form (SIF)
2. Completed and duly signed Students’ Biodata Form
3. Payment Acknowledgement Receipt
NOTE: CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO REPORT AT THE REGISTRATION CENTERS AT 9.A.M.
