Job Title:  Reports To: Function: Location:	Safety and Quality Control Inspector  Safety and Quality Manager Safety and Quality Control Lagos, Nigeria.
Purpose Statement:	Communicate and coordinate quality assurance activities with Safety and Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Accountabilities:	Inform on identified non-compliance plus implementation and follow-up of procedures to comply with the Company Safety and quality policy. Survey supplier/subcontractor performance and initiate audits. Collate hazard, error and safety concerns, reports and effectively manage risk and quality issues. Liaise and follow-up with customers on all safety issues. Manage & implement quality systems in compliance with NCAA & other international requirements.
Knowledge Skills Experience	The position requires an Aeronautical or Engineering degree. In addition, – Quality Auditor Certificate. -  Aviation Safety Management System Certificate -  SMS implementation Certificate . The following skills are essential: Analytical, planning, organising and problem solving Excellent communication and negotiation Relationship and Team building Mentoring and Coaching ICT proficiency Min. 4 yrs as Aviation Quality Auditor Min. 2 yrs in Aviation Safety Management Systems Min. 1 SMS implementation cycle

Job Title: Reports To: Function: Location:	Station Manager Manager, Ground Operations. Ground Operations. Kano, Nigeria.
Purpose Statement:	To Manage and monitor day to day performance of the station in order to ensure quality customer service, accurate and timely execution of all processes and procedures by set standards for quick turnaround and increased market share.
Key Accountabilities:	Manage and develop station team to ensure outstanding and commendable customer service and quality experience for passengers. Responsible for all flight and ground operations in the station. Must keep all station’s facilities, equipment and activities in compliance with regulatory and labour laws. Ensure all customer relations matters / queries are effectively communicated to the Head of Ground Operations as well as the GSA Manager and promptly resolved. Manage station budget inclusive of planning and ongoing management to drive cost efficiency throughout airport operation. Implement annual sales and marketing business plan as directed by the Head of Ground Operations & Head of Commercial to achieve the company objectives, increase market share and revenues. Monitor the sales and marketing activities of the GSA and Travel Agents against their set targets, analyze and comment on their monthly traffic / revenue performance and implement any changes required to achieve their target. Ensure that the GSA complies with revenue remittance to revenue accounts department as stipulated in the GSA agreement. Coordinate guest relations, VIP handling and facilitation. Ensure passenger safety, security and repatriation of lost but found items.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:	The position requires a graduate with a university or polytechnic (HND) degree and minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience with at least 2 years at a mid- mgt level. Good command of written & spoken English. Must have experience in dealing with government and regulatory bodies. The following skills are essential: Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Good communication and coaching skills. Attention to details. Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point. Strong customer service skill. Good knowledge of legal and regulatory framework guiding the aviation industry. Good knowledge of ramp procedures, dangerous goods, operation support and baggage handling system. Accounting reporting.
