Your contribution is to create new businesses and manage existing clients accounts, this may include site visits and so a professional attire and manner is required.

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities
Seeking and generating new businesses
Liasing between clients and candidates
Search and selection of candidates (Permanents, Contractors and Temps)
Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability
Candidates registration and placements
CV management.
You will also find a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Flexible working structures enable you to work with colleagues in other fields, enabling you to broaden your business offerings, whilst retaining your individual contacts and identity.

A minimum of 1-year recruitment, or sales & marketing experience
A strong interview and telephone skills and manner
A strong IT background
Formal education background
Must be a career minded person

The first 3 months, comm. Only on business executed/achieved.
Negotiable salary + Comm from the 4th month.

Key Factors
Formal Recruitment or Sales experience is required. You will need perseverance, professionalism and the ability to follow instructions, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Company policies and procedures must be up held at all times.
