From the survey, over 5,000 companies were submitted and companies were ranked based on metrics like Company Culture, Salary and non-salary benefits, management integrity, staff welfare, etc.
 

Expectedly oil & gas organizations emphasized conspicuously with the main 4 work environment in 2015 all heading off to the oil & gas industry. MTN Nigeria is still the best telecom organization to work for in 2015 completing fifth. Suprisingly the Federal Civil Service is positioned seventh completing in front of the banks. GTBank is the best bank to work for in 2015 completing twelfth on the rundown one spot in front of the CBN.
