We are hiring to fill the position stated below:
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos

Incorporates and not restricted to the followings:
Convey prompt and proficient answers for client inquires by means of telephone, email, on-line chat and one-one correspondence and so forth.
Should viably oversee distinctive correspondence channels:resolve client complaints by means of all accessible telephone, email.
Recognize and evaluate clients' needs to accomplish fulfillment.
Build sustainable connections of trust through open and intuitive correspondence.
Explore, organize and resolve client issues in timely and exact mold.
Keep up documentation of client request and reactions for future reference.
Keep records of client cooperations, prepare client records and record reports.
Direct or course client calls to fitting work force for help.
Work with customer service manger to guarantee appropriate client administration is being conveyed.
Handle protests, give suitable solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to guarantee determination.
Handle disappointed customers in a courteous and expert form.
Track and follow-up all client requests for in an auspicious way.
Compile reports about general consumer loyalty.

Skills and Requirement
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision, whilst being team oriented, hardworking and innovative.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Must have Customer Relation skills and customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to work under pressure, work with or without supervision.
  • Must be learn able and teachable.
  • Must be creative and initiative.
  • Possess minimum of B.Sc / HHD.
  • Must not be more than 28 years of age.
