It is no doubt that the rate of unemployment in the nation is so high, a lot of graduates have little or no hope of working with their hard earn degree. Below is what our graduates of today are saying;
Jobs are not available, they cry.
People only hire people they know, they lament.
We didn't stand a chance, they chorus.


Did you believe sometimes the fault is from applicants? A recruiter has shed light on why some job seekers won't get an interview while applying for job with BlackBerry Smartphones.

He advertised a vacancy and requested that people send in CVs. An applicant email arrived with an attachment but no subject nor message. All I saw in the body of the email was ‘Sent from my Blackberry Smartphone’.

This is nothing but annoying, with immediate effect i trashed the mail.

Deep down in him, he concluded that he didn’t think the applicant really wanted that job!

According to him, he really would love to take a stab at reducing unemployment but job seekers make it so difficult for anyone to help them. He is venting and pleading...

Prove to me that you really want that job!

You may be right to some extent,but most employers are not helpful because they requests for elongated experience on most occasion. Whereas, these people are still trying to gather it even though not a cognate one. It's like graduates are begging for hiring. Certificates have becomes a mere paper while individual ingenuity and team Spirit has been belittled. Most of the these hiring managers prefer certificate preference to skills.

Its not totally true. Nowadays the cost internet is on the high side unlike before. So a graduate has no hope of eating had the opportunity to apply for a job through a mobile device should be encouraged. So sad that employers, managers, HR, and CEO who are opportune to interview employees are mostly wicked. Iam talking from experience, a job meant for 3persons. you invite 50persons and be wasting time and resources. Its not a good behaviour and it wont help Nigerians, meanwhile most of these employer are just privilege and the forgot were they come from and how God have mercy on them. If you an employer sitting upon anyone's job, I command holy ghost fire to unsit you in Jesus Name...As you type Amen...they must leave your sit by fire!! Peace!!!
