An Open Letter of Advice to Nigerian Undergraduates

This is a letter we received from an anonymous consultant. An Open Letter of Advice to Nigerian Undergraduates

Dear Nigerian University undergraduates,

I know you are so eager to round up with that course you are presently studying in the university so that you can get a job and start earning a living.. well, that was the Nigeria of our parents, that Nigeria has gone.

Heed and become wise. You better start looking for other things you are good at (things you can do with your hands/idea etc). While in school, pick up a serious hobby of yours and start looking for ways to monetize it..

Be it making clothes/beads, motor repairs, hair dressing, Shoe designer, sales/marketing etc. Combining your passion with studies gives you upper hands.

Forget the dream job idea cos its not possible in most cases nowadays. Your certificate might become useless to you  after graduation. You'll need hand skills to survive eventually.

This is my very good advice for all Nigerian university undergraduates, you can also ask some one and feel free to drop your comment.

Best of Luck!
