We are searching for a dynamic and experienced team lead for Operations Management and Stakeholder Engagement in a financial services institution located in Lagos. Job Title: Team Lead, Operations Management and Stakeholder Engagement

Location: Lagos

Job Details

- Senior-level candidate required to be an Operations Management and Stakeholder Engagement Team Lead for a financial institution in Lagos, Nigeria
- The role is a long term contract of 3 years and would be responsible for helping to coordinate efforts to drive financial inclusion in Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with regulators and stakeholders for timely amendment of regulations impacting financial inclusion goals
- Create framework for organizational engagement between the organization, regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Support in rollout of financial programs by building content, and developing outreach programs
- Create structured mechanism for engaging/informing the public on progress and latest developments of the organization and its projects
- Monitor product development, rollout and adoption and identify enhancement opportunities
- Conduct quarterly user experience assessments of rolled-out campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor, track and communicate KPIs of the organization

Experiences Required
- Track record of successful regulator engagement
- Broad understanding or experience in financial services
- Track record in interfacing with multiple senior-level stakeholders, and ability to influence them to action
- 5+ years' experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in team management and team leadership
- Experience in designing and deploying large scale communication campaigns involving multiple stakeholders would be a plus
- Track record in digital or financial services product development within specified time and project cost

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced degree (Msc or MBA) is an added advantage
- PMP, PRINCE 2 or other project management certification is a plus

Skills and Competencies

- Effective communication skills - strong written/oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and interface with multiple stakeholders to achieve results
- Broad knowledge/understanding of digital financial services and consumer distribution
